Volley-Ween is an annual fundraising event that raises money for local nonprofits that support human services during the holidays. Past recipients include Westside Food Bank, Meals on Wheels, West Coast Care and The People Concern to name a few.

The tournament is open to all ages and all skill levels are welcome. Spectators and non-players may also attend. This is a family-friendly event.

Event Schedule:

3:00 PM – 3:15 PM: Check-In, Grab Your Name Tag & Meet the Group

3:15 PM – 5:00 PM: Volleyball Matches, Mixer Games & BBQ Feast

5:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Costume Contest (with Prizes!) & Open Play

5:30 PM – 6:00 PM: Winner Announcements

Tournament start and end times: 3 PM – 6 PM

Awards and prize presentation

• Team registration & price: $35 per person 
• Minimum and maximum roster size: Individuals can sign up to attend mixer only or request to be placed on a team. Teams can be 2, 4 or 6 players. If you or your group would like to attend the mixer and not play volleyball,  that is welcome and you can RSVP at the same registration link below.
• What registration includes: Includes entry for all volleyball players, entry into our costume contest, food and non-alcoholic beverages + one drink ticket per person (must show ID for alcoholic beverages).
• Tournament Information: The Halloween-Themed Beach Volleyball Tournament brings together teams of all skill levels for a festive day of competitive match play, costume prizes, and beachside fun for a good cause.
• Appropriate clothing, footwear and what to bring: Participants should wear an athletic Halloween costume that allows a full range of motion while staying safe and comfortable for play. When considering footwear, please be aware gameplay and mixer will be in the sand. Bring your team spirit! 👻
• Waiver requirements: Signed waiver is required to participate.

Costume Contest Details: Get creative, show off your style, and bring the fun energy! Whether you go solo, match with a buddy, or go full-team theme, we want to see your best looks on and off the court. You can walk away with some awesome prizes.
